If you’re looking for beautiful large jalapeños for canning, stuffing with cream cheese or cooking in your favorite recipes order these from Gatewoods! They are excellent!
After sautéing up a delicious mess of these green beans for our 250 year AMERICAN Birthday celebrations, I canned the rest. Don’t they look great! So welcome in winter.
My sister and I bought 24 quarts of raspberries and made up almost 60 half pints of the most delicious jam! We may have discarded 3 tiny berries in all!. (that doesn’t count how many were eaten) On top of all that, I bought a dahlia from the greenhouse and when I got it home, I found a little Lupine growing in with it! Two for one! The staff at Gatewoods are the most friendly people ever to work with. How about green beans? Do you sell them in bulk? I don’t have space to grow them anymore, and I’m out of home canned green beans!
This years Strawberries are fabulous! My sister and I froze 8 quarts for her and I made 38 half pints and one pint of delicious strawberry jam! Thanks Gatewoods! I’m waiting for raspberries now. I hope you’ll be getting them in bulk.

Strawberries were perfect. Tastes great. Ripe but not too ripe. Experience was the best. Everyone there was having a great time and enjoying themselves line moved very fast. Strawberry shortcake was great!
Such a wonderful experience... initially just needed a "bench" but found outdoor solutions for several areas and didn't break the bank to have it all. We are always going to Gatewoods for our outdoor needs! We walked by this furniture for years. One day I stopped and sat down in a glider and loved it. We at that time were replacing pool furniture every two years. Not any more. This furniture is 5 years old and looks like it did the day we bought it . It has been out back uncovered since the day we bought it. We just hose it off once a year and it's like brand new! The great people at Gatewoods are absolutely the best! We bought the glider first. It sits very nice, is very comfortable. Then our kids bought us the 4 chairs when we redid our porch. They also are very comfortable and are heavy enough that you don’t have to worry about them blowing around We’ve had the glider for maybe 4 years, looks brand new. The chairs maybe 2 years, same. We ordered 5 LuxCraft lounge chairs and 4 bench chairs from Gatewood's in 2022. I ordered them in black hoping they would not fade or breakdown from being in direct sun. We picked them up already assembled and Kelli was fantastic to work with throughout the process. Fast forward to 2025. This furniture is fantastic! Absolute best quality - three years later and it looks like the day we brought it home! No color fading, no material breakdown, no rusty hardware. It sits outside uncovered 365 days a year in all the weather and we could not be more pleased with the investment! We will be returning to Gatewood's to add a dining set to the collection! Great quality and top notch customer service!
We couldn't be happier with our Luxcraft furniture that we purchased 5 years ago from Gatewood's Vegetable Farm. It still looks practically brand new. No issues with fading and it sits outside year around in the weather. The best part is it doesn't have to be brought in for the winter, nor do we have to worry about it getting blown around during a storm. Our favorite chairs are the gliding deck chairs. We love the height of those chairs. Gatewood's took excellent care of us. If we purchase anymore furniture in the future, we will definitely buy from Gatewood's again!

It was a lovely experience getting a fresh turkey breast, bone in, at Gatewood’s. It was our first visit, as we live almost an hour away, but able to schedule our pickup with another appointment in that area. The family was so friendly & hospitable. So much better than standing in line at a crowded grocery store. We actually met the people to whom we were paying! Also, just had to purchase some marmalades, dinner rolls, and some bodacious apples. All products were Indiana made &/or grown. We have so much fun shopping at mom & pop stores!! We will return, & not just for holiday fixin’s!!
